A standard 8 foot ceiling is generally required. This height provides enough room for the child or adult sleeping on the top bunk to comfortably sit up.

The weight capacity for the top bunk bed of most of our bunks is 400 to 450 pounds.

A trundle bed, also called a trundle, is either a platform or a 4 sided box on swivel wheels that wheel in out and out from under a bed or bunk bed.  A trundle is not attached to the bed or bunk bed. It accommodates a trundle mattress.  See individual trundle descriptions for more information.

The minimum age for a child to sleep on the top of bunk bed is generally five to six years of age.  There is no prescribed age for the lower bunk.

All of our bunk beds meet the most stringent safety standards and will accommodate 400 to 450 pounds per bed.

We currently offer for on-line sale, both bunk beds that are in stock or that can be quickly fulfilled by our suppliers.  

We can provide assembly service by our own delivery team in areas in southern Ontario. We also have furniture assembly companies in cities outside of the Greater Toronto area.

All of our products are warrantied by the manufacturer against manufacturer defects for one year under normal use from the date of delivery or pick-up . Mattress warranties are generally longer.
