Bunk House Kids attempts to make product descriptions 
as accurate as possible. Material displayed on this website is regularly checked for accuracy and is presented "As is," without any warranties, expressed or implied. Any typographical errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions are unintentional. 
Should a product be listed at an incorrect price or the description of the product display erroneous information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of these orders listed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of these orders with incorrect pricing even if your credit card has already been charged.

In the event that the order was confirmed and your credit card charged, we will immediately issue a credit in the exact amount of the charge to your credit card.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it subject to the conditions as outlined in our Return Policy below.

Bunk House Kids makes every effort to accurately display colours of products appearing on our websites. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colours of items.

Bunk House Kids makes every effort to ensure every item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. However, occasionally we will run out of an item. We will inform you of this situation.

Bunk House Kids makes every effort to provide an accurate Shipping Rate for your order based on the the address provided and on the contents of the order. If the Shipping Rate provided needs to be modified, you will be informed of the change and you can choose to proceed with the order with the new Shipping Rate or choose to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit in the exact amount of the charge to your credit card.

Bunk House KIds reserves the right to provide a monetary compensation instead of a parts replacement for any manufacturer's defects it considers aesthetic or non-structural. For example imperfections in the finish.

RETURNS due to material defects.

Bunk House Kids ships only quality items and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. However in the unlikely event that items arrive damaged or that you choose to return undamaged goods, the following terms and conditions apply.

  
As our shipments are insured for their full value, you will not incur any charge for returning damaged goods.

 
In the event that damage is not noticed while the freight carrier representative is present, you have 2 business days to notify us of a problem.  We will review your damage notification and if approved,  you now have 5 business days to give the item to the freight carrier to be returned, in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to either repair or replace damaged parts or provide monetary compensation for minor, cosmetic defects. 

The goods shall become the property of the Purchaser at the time it arrives at your front door. If delivery is prevented by difficult access, wrong information or if the Purchaser wrongfully fails to arrange to receive the delivery,  any damage or costs incurred following delivery or attempted delivery shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS of Undamaged Goods (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

If  you choose not to keep the merchandise that you have ordered on-line, you may return it within 14 days under the following conditions:
 
1. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were received – unused  and in the original packaging.  In the event that any damage is identified - please advise us before returning the item(s)

2. Upon arrival of returned item(s) at the warehouse, the item(s) will be examined. In the event the item(s) are deemed to have been damaged by you, you may be charged up to the full price of the item(s).

3. When the warehouse receives your item(s) and after passing an appropriate inspection.. We will refund your account less original shipping and insurance. The cost to return the undamaged goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANCELLATION OF ON-LINE ORDERS

Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled, up to, but not including the day that they are scheduled to ship out from our warehouse.

IN STOCK, IMMEDIATE SHIPPING OR FREE POLICY

We stock our bunks and beds in our own warehouse so we can guarantee that you will get the bunk or bed that you order on-line without delay.  If we cannot fulfill this guarantee, you will receive the bunk or bed for free.  Taxes and shipping fees still apply, but the bunk or bed itself will be free. Limited to quantity of 1.

We have this policy to give you one more reason to shop with confidence with us.

LIMITATIONS

Natural variation in grain and colour, knots, pitch pockets, hairline cracks in the finish, over/under spraying are not considered defects in workmanship and are not covered in warranty.
